Kusaka Vineyards' Chardonnays from Koshu and Yamanashi prefectures are brewed separately, each aged in barrels for 7 months, then blended and bottled. Blended with Chardonnay based on Koshu. This is a well-balanced white wine with the crisp flavor unique to Koshu and the richness of Chardonnay.
